UFO Sighting in Lake Oswego, Oregon on February 25th 2016 – white, faint circle moving sporadically to the right of the moon

It was a night when there was a full moon. I noticed 3 cloud strips underneath the moon. I wasn't sure if they were chemtrails or not so I drove to the local high school parking lot and asked The Galactic Federation of Light for a drive by. I asked if they could clear any chemicals if that were the case. I didn't see anything until I got home and watched the video and saw the white ball bouncing all over the screen right around the moon. It's very faint but it's there. The fact that I asked for a fly by and then something showed up on my video is very interesting. I know they got my communication and were there.
