In the night sky over NW Oklahoma, we saw about a dozen flashing multi-color lights grouped together in the night sky very far away. We first saw it peripherally, and then stared at it for further observation. At first, we thought is was a cluster of stars, but it was uncharacteristic of stars. There was a bright white light in the center with green, blue, red, and white lights emanating from it. The cluster and center light remained stationary, with the other lights moving toward and away from the white center light. The cluster remained for over 30 minutes, during which time we recruited two other observers in the neighborhood.
