UFO Sighting in Virginia on February 24th 2016 – We were eating dinner in our college cafeteria and we saw lights hovering in place

Six of us were outside eating dinner approximately 6pm, just before the sky started darkening. One friend noticed a light and we all looked. At first we thought it was a radio tower light, but then noticed the actual radio tower was a bit lower (it did not align with the tower). Near a cloud there was three linear lights and one blinking light above the three. It moved up and further, disappeared, then reappeared more to the right above another cloud, then disappeared again right away, possibly in the larger cloud. The larger cloud expanded over a large distance in the sky. After it disappeared there was a tremendous amount of fog. We had neutral feelings before the sighting and was anxious and excited after the sighting.
