UFO Sighting in Petaluma, California on February 23rd 2016 – Large, low light moving very fast in straight line tword west

I was driving to work when a bright object sped past at a very fast speed, maybe 100-200 feet over the tree line, headed in a straight line tword the west, it was completely silent.
