UFO Sighting in Oakland, California on February 23rd 2016 – a mint green glowing ball speeding through sky over bay area from north to south then vanished

standing at kitchen window at 6:24 am and saw a mint green glowing ball speeding through the sky from north to south over the bay area (Oakland) It had fuzzy edges and was extremely fast and as soon as I noticed for a couple of seconds it was gone. it was on a straight path going south and then vanished into thin air. there must have been aircraft in the area because this is a heavy air traffic zone, but I didn't notice any at the time. maybe it was a meteor. the moon is very full and out this morning. perhaps this indicates an earthquake is coming.
