UFO Sighting in Newmarket, Ontario on February 19th 2016 – Event is ongoing approx. 1.5 yrs

Object appears with use of binoculars as a very visible, white light. I have observed a source of energy emanating from the craft as well as red & green lights also. The object appears to shimmer and glow. It ascends and descends with great speed and manoeuvrability. I am at the east side of an apartment building on the 5th floor facing east. I am very perceptive of my surroundings and was easily drawn to this star-like object. My immediate response was one of curiosity as well as 'why can't people see what I'm seeing'. The object could surely pass as a star to someone passing. But on an overcast day it is the only 'star' in the sky. The unidentified vessel is usually visible from dusk to dawn.
