Last summer I was visiting a friend's home in Lake Hopatcong, NJ for a reunion with some of our college friends. It was about 4 o'clock in the afternoon when our host offered to take us out for a ride on their pontoon boat.
Clouds began to form fairly quickly as I recall. Within minutes it seemed. I was taking pictures all the time when I noticed this v-shaped cloud which I found odd but beautiful. I took pictures of the cloud formation within a few seconds of each other because the boat was rocking a bit from the wakes of other boats. We figured we should return before getting caught in the rain. We got back just in time and it began to pour. It lasted maybe 10 minutes then it stopped. All clear after that.
I did not notice until the next day when I was looking at my pictures of our fun-filled day that there was an object in one of the series of pics I took of the clouds.
When I expanded it It seemed to me instantly to be an unidentified object. Not a bird, a plane or other typical object you would find in the sky. I could see what looked like exhaust or a short contrail too. I showed this to many folks. Most dismissed it as a UFO that it must be "something else," or, "It's probably a bird" and "I don't know what that is."
I have debated for months whether I should share it. Not saying this is from another world, but I don't know what it is.
