Went out to car to go pick up food, saw bright flash in NW sky near handle of Big Dipper. Waited to see if happened again and another slow strobe motivated to get my partner out to see also. She and I observed some kind of object take approx 15 minutes to cover about half of the sky from NW to NE before it seemed to go behind some clouds. I was unable to capture very long video, but did capture the light for a couple seconds. We saw it strobe about 5 or six times with some other really bright random flashes. Def not nav lights. Through binocs it looked like a very dim satellite, but I cannot recall ever seeing one move that slow or flash anywhere near that bright. Someone else saw a similar object on same night out by North Platte, so I figured I would also post our story even though nothing can be concluded other than it was a very mysterious, slow-moving object that pulsed about every 30 seconds or so.
