Went outside to enjoy night sky. Stood in middle of street facing east. Conditions cloudy. Obs Obj as it crossed a break in clouds. Obj was large, dark, almost black, "Y" shaped and had regularly shaped & spaced light colored circles along entire underside. The "foot" of the "Y" was pointed in the direction of travel, which was approx. NE -> SW. I didn't hear any sounds from the Obj. I did not obs the Obj leave the other side of the cloud it crossed over to, it disappeared (could have gone straight up?). The Obj left no trail nor sign of turbulence. I had about 3-4 seconds of unobstructed viewing.
