Was going to local Supermarket to buy Bottled water for my Daughter, as I was reaching top of Frederick Street towards Old Fritztown Road saw a White Bright Blinking ORB moving Upwards from East to West. Proceeded to Stop at Intersection and Observe Object which looked like it was trying to Hide in DARK clouds to my Left then lost sight of it.
