UFO Sighting in Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania on September 23rd 2015 – Rectangular object with lights hovered over building and then flew away.
It was around 11:30 PM EST when I was looking out of my bedroom window. I noticed the object because it was stationary, fairly bright, and had pulsating lights. At first, I thought it was a helicopter or plane, but the night was completely still. There would have been sound if it had been one of them. It hovered over or around another house for about 15-30 seconds, and then it began to fly in my general direction. It flew horizontal to me and away past my field of vision. I was shocked to see the object, and it left me concerned afterwards.
