UFO Sighting in Montpelier, Vermont on September 18th 2015 – It hovered for about ten seconds then bounced like kick ball then shot straight up it was bright white
Driving south bound on interstate I89 between Middlesex and Montpelier. It was bright and glowing like it was a star. But moved like something or someone was in control of it. A person stopped in the break down lane to observe it. I was in a hurry so I kept going but watched it.
