UFO Sighting in Newport News, Virginia on September 18th 2015 – Item appear to be standing still in the sky

I was standing out side my home as I had just moved my vehicle before workers came to my home to do a kitchen tiling job. I just happen to look up into the sky and notice an object in the sky that appeared to be stationary with very bright light, made no sounds, and I did understand why it would be there. I first thought it might be an Air Force, Navy, or Army helicopter but there were no running lights like a normal aircraft and it did not appear move at all like any flying vehicle I know of. It appeared to be just setting up there in the same place for as long as I looked at it. I took three photos of it with my cellphone and in two of the pictures it looked the same but in the third picture it appeared to have a different shape. After I took the pictures I went into my home to continue preparing for the workers and never seen the object again. As for the cellphone photos I downloaded them to my computer in hopes of a clearer look and in doing that I was able to see that it was something I had not seen before. I am really interested to see if this turns out to be something not of this world. In closing out this report I must also tell you that I live fairly close to Langley AFB and I am well aware of what a normal aircraft look and sound like as I am a retired military soldier.
