As i was driving on route 66 to work from The Plains Va to Manassas, observed a extremely bright light cone out of dark clouds make a really sharp turn toarch North East, it took it about 10 seconds to move across from maybe woodbridge Va area to Dulles Airport area around, stoped and hover stay there till o lost site....
