UFO Sighting in Georgia on July 21st 2015 – At first looked like airplane, lights were horizontal, then it changed direction and lights appeared vertically. It circled slowly, appeared to hover

I was driving East home from work. This was in Suwanee GA on old Peachtree, about 8.45 pm, it was almost dark. . At first looked like airplane, lights were horizontal, then it changed direction and lights appeared vertically. It circled slowly, appeared to hover. I watched it hover until I lost it in the trees (maybe 60+ feet). At first I saw white and green lights, then red was added,lights were blinking. I was interested because I thought the plane was flying very low, then when it changed direction and the lights turned vertically I thought it might not be a plane, not sure what else it could be. I felt a little nervous and excited. I called my mom immediately afterwards.
