UFO Sighting in Niagara Falls, Ontario on July 1st 2013 – polywog shape -2 long bars amber pulsating light on belly-split windows -2 humanoids

While sitting at the busy 5 corners stoplight in Niagara Falls. an intense ascending orange ball of fire rose from between 2 buildings 125 feet in front of my vehicle and got more intense and larger -then split into two orange balls of fire. They were bright as magnesium burning. The 2 orange balls then appeared as orange cockpit windows on the front of a craft, split like an army helicopter and it became an entire craft. Two occupants could clearly be seen standing at what looked like panels-lecturn shaped control surfaces as it flew above me. They were human shaped amd stood about 6 feet tall. I was only 125 feet from craft when it materialized. It was a white shaped polywog with no sound and no signs of propulsion other than the two long orange light bars on the belly that would pulse one than the other. I had pulled my car over around the corner to watch and the craft literally flew over me and a friend who strangly has memory loss on this sighting. The craft materialized out of thin air yet it was clearly manufactrured somewhere my someone /something yet it had no seams or rivits on the fuselage. The craft flew in a North Easterly direction and I could literally watch it fly slowly towards Lewiston NY until it was so far I couldnt see it anymore. It maintained a NE Heading at an constant altitude of about 300 feet. As a retired Mechanical Machine Designer it was clear to me that it was a manufactured craft -yet not by common earthy manufacturing aircraft processed and it clearly materialized from thin air.
