I was in my living room watching tv when this glowing light caught my eye it came out of nowhere. I had no idea what it was I was scared it came towards me and just hovered there and then it was moving side to side pulsating in orange and white light. Then I started to feel really hot and dizzy I tried to get up but it was hard to move. Then the object left the room and after a few minutes I got up and looked around my house and I couldn't find it. A few hours later I was in my back yard when I saw a black military helicoper fly over my house.
