I didn't know any other way to contact you but this is about the M.I.B as they are called. They are sanctioned by the government to investigate any and all U.F.O sightings. They have gone more towards the rogue side of it and took on a life of its own. They now don't report to any form of government except for their superiors. Any one that goes missing is not a sanctioned action by any one but them. They do have a long reach in and out of government.
Another subject that I acutely have a theory about. The implants that have been reported I believe they are just like the tags we attach to animals before releasing them back in the wild.
