UFO Sighting in O’Fallon, Missouri on July 15th 2015 – Oval shaped object appeared above neighborhood glowed white to white blue and faded away.

I was sitting out on my deck having a cigar and listening to an audio book when at about 10:30PM a light catches my eye off to the west well above the trees and nearby houses. Once I focused on it, I watched its emitted light increase in intensity while transitioning from bright white to bright blue-white. I stood up and walked over to the far end of my deck while the object reached "peak" brightness. Just about the time I realized that what I was looking at wasn't the usual fly-over aircraft (too low, too bright, not moving, no strobes, no sound) the object's light began to become less intense and in a matter of a few more seconds the light ceased and there was nothing there. No plane, no helicopter, no residual movement... nothing. Just gone. This object was only visible for about 15 seconds from the moment I noticed it to the time it disappeared. I don't know why but, the whole experience sent chills down my spine. Very weird.
