Alien Encounter in Clacton-on-Sea, on July 31st 1995 – Out of body feeling. Woke up in cold metal chair. Bright lights. Strange beings walking around.

When I was 11 years old I was asleep in bed. It must have been nearly midnight. I woke up sat up in a cold metal chair like a arm chair. There were blinding white lights pointing at me from all directions so I couldn't see past them. I could hear whirs and hums from machinery. I could make out humanoid beings walking around behind the lights. They sounded like they were speaking in a clicking sound. They never came close enough to see them properly. They stayed behind the lights. I was scared being a child and being woken from a deep sleep. I tried to talk but no sound came out of my mouth. Suddenly I felt very tired and couldn't keep my eyes open any longer. I woke up the next morning in bed with no memory of what had happened. It wasn't till last year (when I was 30) when I started to remember small details of some sort of experience. I feel like a fraud as I have never spoken about this to anyone. Even my wife. I'm scared no one will believe me. I have no proof of this experience. Just memories.
