UFO Sighting in Frankfort, Kentucky on July 11th 2015 – Headed home from wooded area in mountainous area, very bright large glowing orb shaped object appeared in sky coming from east, pulled car over immediately, object then proceeded to travel over car and continue to head west.

My son and i were driving in car through wooded, mountainous area, 10pm, noticed bright, orange light to our left (east) heading our direction. I pulled the car over quickly to park, while object continued in our direction, and flew directly over our car traveling west. There was no sound, bright orange jellyfish shaped, with very bright orange glow, as object was directly overhead we could see a horizontal long flame underneath. Still no sound, no other lights, just huge orange globe. Object continued west with slight deviation to north, then back west and appeared to pick up speed. We tried to turn around and follow to observe, but object traveling too quickly. Total time of visual about 3-5 minutes...traveling at speed approximately same as small plane landing, elevation around small plane, no structures or lines seen on object except the flame directly underneath object. Object was penny to quarter size if held up to sky for comparison. My son and I were very excited, curious, and compared our sighting afterward to verify. This is the third sighting that we have had within two years, and as this happened we had just been talking about how we were in a great area to see a ufo, and how it had been about a year since we had last seen one. At first we thought it was like a floating lantern, but as it came closer, and then directly over us, it was very apparent it was not anything of the sort, or anything that we can compare it to, except what we saw.
