Sitting at intersection at Hwy 7 in Tysons Corner, VA in 1991. The red light took about 7 minutes long. Across the intersection was a hugh disk shaped object the size of a football field just hovering above the tree line. I looked around and none of the other drivers were reacting. I remembered thinking it wasn't a blimp and couldn't understand why others were not reacting. Across the street were apartments/town homes and houses and behind that a golf course. When the light changed and I crossed the street, it disappeared. Years later I looked out my back window at night after a thunderstorm, and there were about 70 white globe lights around my tree. They blinked like fireflies and I watched them for 30 minutes. I looked on the Internet and it described ball lightening. Very strange.
