Black Triangle Sighting in Rohnert Park, California on September 20th 2011 – floated over me at altitude of 20 feet

It was about 3:00 to 3:30 in the morning I was sleeping in my van outside my place of work I got up to have a cigarette I was standing by the van when something caught my eye to my left I thought it was an owl I turned to look and to my surprise a solid black triangle slowly moved over the roof of the building right over my head very slowly 1 MPH it moved as if it was sliding across a sheet of glass the precision of movement was incredible I witnessed the event for about 5 minutes it was well lit by lights from a machine rental yard next to me it had no vents no lights no seems no rivets no windows no doors it was a black monolith I was no more than 20 feet from the craft passed over my head I look for a rock or anything I could to throw at it to get a reaction but there was nothing to throw the parking lot was clean it moved over me then over the lot next to my work place then over the freeway no sound of any kind I am familiar with ducted fan lighter than air ion propulsion and the rest but this thing just did not fit in any of Theas modes its size was 25 feet on its sides and one meter thick the edge���s tapered to a razers edge on all three sides it made a change of direction right over my head without a sound it was very impressive to see.
