UFO Sighting in Yankton, South Dakota on July 4th 2015 – Look like a red light with white strobe underneath size od small aircraft

Wife watching fire works from our deck in the country west of Yankton. Was coming from the se from Yankton. It was a glowing red with a white stobe underneath. First thought it was a small plane. Then it got closer to us could.t see any thing that looked like a plane. There were nored strobes flashing like there would be on a plane. Came pretty much over the top of us. Heard no sound at all. Have pic. of it as it went over. The pic show the object as a orange orb.
