Got a mysterious blinking UFO, started in top right hand corner of video, included a screenshot of where UFO blinking begins. The object has no aviation lights or strobe but intermittently blinks about every ten seconds. It slowly moves around for about nine minutes and then seems to fade away. Very strange and not likely a satellite because of it's strange movement. Thanks.
