UFO Sighting in Seaside, Oregon on July 4th 2015 – Witnessed ufo hover, rapidly increase altitude, zip sideways, lights change to red, then disappeared. We have video footage

We traveled to seaside, oregon to watch fireworks on the beach. We noticed a glowing vibrant green, square/oval shaped object hovering in the sk . It seemed to be over the ocean, on the edge of land. We watched for roughly an hour and a half, it would hover, rapidly decrease altitude, zip to the right, and then left, and once in a while it would briefly change to a vibrant red glow. Ag one point, we witnessed it disappear and then reappear. At one point, we saw 3 of these objects in close proximity of each other in the sky. I'm not sure of it is relevant, but at the time we witnessed this, there was a beachfront power outage. We do have a bit of video footage of the event. My husband thought perhaps it was a drone, I disagreed. I've had one ufo sighting in NH, and the movement was eerily similar. It seemed the objects were more prominent while the fireworks were happening (no, it was not a firework, and I was not impaired from alcohol), they just seemed to be very interested in the firework. Our video seems to have lost resolution, as we are sending from my phone, but we captured the object in a screenshot
