UFO Sighting in Lincoln, California on July 4th 2015 – 2 bright lights hovering for about 2-3 hours

There were two lights. One was brighter then the other. The other not so much but still visable. There were nothing else going on in that area. They were just hovering. Later we took two pictures, but for some reason can not upload them.
