While observing Independence Day fireworks in Bastrop my wife noticed a green light in the distance to the North that was not moving. Using binoculars I could clearly see 2 distinct green orb shaped lights and they did not move, blink, or show any change of light color for almost 15 minutes.
Right near the end of the show the lights suddenly headed north, moving slowly, and then both changed to red for approx 10 seconds before turning back to green. At that same time the 2 crafts turned West and sped along the horizon at a high rate of speed.
