i was taking my mother to the dr.i was driving on hwy77 north of lexington okla in heavy t storms when i noticed a craft flying with a tornadic cloud heading towards tinker air force base. i have never seen a craft liuke this or fly like this one . it was going up and down about 50 to75 ft at a time while staying right with a cloud that produced a tornado 20 to 30 miles from where i saw it.i thought it wasa a helicopter at first but after watching it for two minutes i kwew a helicopter could not manuver up and down that fast while keeping that close to that type of cloud.i watched it for at least 5 minutes. it looked like a helicopter with no rotor blades and a plane with no wings thats about all i can say thank u for hearing me
