UFO Sighting in Clarkfield, Minnesota on June 25th 2015 – Flashing white light, hovered, and disappeared

I was driving when I noticed the flashing lights of emergency vehicles on the road ahead of me. Suddenly a round white flashing light approached at tree top level. It made a 90 degree turn over the grain elevator, then hovered. It started to come at me, hovered for awhile and then disappeared I felt I received a telepathic message that they were watching me. I am used to seeing airplanes flying over at high altitudes at night. This was not an airplane.
