not sure of the exact date but i am sure 98-99 and a farmer had 35 head of cattle stolen that year. my son, daughter and i were driving home when i pulled onto old route 11 outside of canton n.y. when my son said dad look out the window and when i did i noticed a big green glowing ball following me at the same level as my car and as slow, after about a mile i pulled over and my car died instantly i got out and stared for about ten min. and a voice popped in my head and said"truman lied" and in an instant it shot across the field at the least 400 mh and you could see the glowing green light through the trees, it did not go anywhere but you it was on the other side of the trees then about 5 mns later the light just blinked out.
