UFO Sighting in Texas on September 15th 2013 – bright flashing lights hovered quickly in a figure 8 and shot off into sky disappearing

I was sitting on my balcony at my apartment watching the stars, sober if I might add. As i was watching the stars i had noticed two bright C shaped lights one red and one white and the lights were flashing on and off it looked like the lights were possibly rotating. the craft hovered above me a little over a mile into the sky for about 15 to 30 seconds, it then proceeded to hover in a figure 8 pattern not moving up or down, after about 30 more seconds of odd figure 8 patterns the craft shot off into the night sky and it was as if it had evaporated and disappeared. This is not the only sighting i have witnessed but it is one of the most prominent in my memories and the most apparent to be non human. It had to be other worldly, this i strongly believe.
