UFO Sighting in Seattle, Washington on June 27th 2015 – Saw odd collection of light at 1 AM on my way home.

I saw this walking south to my house from my friend's house along 35th Avenue in between 110th and 120th. It was 12:55 pm. I noticed it to my right and the circular pattern really had me intrigued. It was stationary and I thought that it couldn't be just a street lamp because of the strange collection of lights. I knew there was an athletic field behind it and a school, but not necessarily in the exact area as the light. Regardless, the lights wouldn't have been being used at 1 AM and they don't have such a curious pattern. At first I thought it was a street lamp, but then I thought that it was too high to be a lamp once I approached and got different angles. I was scared because it was pretty late and my first thought after examining it was that it was a UFO. It was still there after I left.
