At 10:25pm on 06/30/2015, I was driving home from work, heading north on Rt. 9. I turned west onto a side road and immediately saw two lights in the sky. The first light was large and bright, the second light was smaller and appeared to be just off of the larger light, at it's 1 o'clock. The larger light also appeared to have a "searchlight"; not looking in any particular direction. The lights did not appear to be moving and as I kept driving west I could see I was "catching up" to it and they were becoming farther up above me. After about a minute of driving west, the lights appeared to move from a stationary position to moving west as well at a good deal of speed. I then reached another side road and turned north. The lights then appeared to change direction from moving west to moving northwest. The smaller light then appeared to dim for a few seconds, then brighten, then dim, etc. I lost sight of the two lights when I pulled into my driveway. The street lights blocked out the sky. It did not appear to be a helicopter or plane; however, there is a small airport within a few miles of the sighting. The lights looked strange to me so I captured a few seconds of video and thought I should report it.
