On a clear day with no wind at 12:43pm I observed a prop plane fly overhead, it was turning from the southwest to the southeast. It was then when I noticed one white orb flying closely along side to the right of the plane. The orb was smaller than the plane and appeared to be "locked in" with the path of the plane. Observed until view was obstructed by buildings and trees. The event lasted about two minutes.
