UFO Sighting in Surrey, British Columbia on June 25th 2013 – june 25 2013 went out on my deck at 10 pm and saw a hovering blinking object with brilliant flashing lights no sound

i went onto my deck to get some tools i left out there.It was clouding over and i thought it might rain.i bent over to get the tools and when i looked up i saw a large blinking object.It had what looked like a square screen on the bottom and the lights were flashing in a random or sequential order.Very very brilliant lights. Red green yellow orange etc..flashing .Then every so often it would do a weird strobe pulsating thing with just white lights.As i was watching the object it started to rain very hard and the clouds started to converge on the object.it rained so hard i was getting soaked but couldnt stop watching it.It slowly moved to my right and out of my site. The object didnt make any noise and kind of hovered in a wobbly manner.I have no pictures of the object but a person a few blocks away uploaded the event on youtube. type june 25 ufo over whalley to see a not great video but it is the exact thing i saw.It was with out a doubt a ufo i have no reservations saying that.
