Just sat down in my driveway and observed halo around the moon.
Then saw white/ blue dot bouncing in all directions.
Not an orbiting thing!
It went close to moon then bounced to another North?
Then West?
Got iPad pics for proof.
How can I send them to Mufon?
Saw similar stationary blue orb years ago over my house in Malibu,ca.
Ran home got my camera but it was gone!
I'm still going to observe haloed moon to see if odd light reappears!
