UFO Sighting in Dallas, Georgia on July 10th 1991 – Round disk/saucer shaped UFO with blinking lights around the edge -stationary no sound

I was at the end of my driveway around 9-10 pm talking to my neighborhood friend who lived directly across the street from me. He was a few years older than me. I believe the year 1990, or 1991. We were standing by the street talking like we had many times before, and he looked up and said what is that ��� pointing into the sky. I looked where he was pointing and we saw a disk/saucer shaped UFO hovering above the next door neighbor���s house. This UFO was quietly hovering about 300 feet off the ground about the tree tops. It had changing lights blinking around the outside shape of it ��� giving it the outline of a saucer shape. We said to one another what���s that? And stared at it for a short time, and then we got scared and decided to run home. I ran home and my parents said I had eyes the size of grapes from what I saw. My dad decided to call the fire department and ask if anybody else had reported seeing a UFO around that same time. The dispatch reported nobody had seen a UFO that they were aware of.
