UFO Sighting in Nova Scotia on June 30th 2006 – Ongoing since 2006. Communication of some kind. Telling me to write but I’m scared for my family.

Hello. I had my first experience with 'UFO's', that I'm aware of, was around July of 2006. This experience took place during a trip to Cape Breton from Ontario. I drove alone and preferred to travel by night. It was somewhere around New Brunswick that I noticed, what I first thought was a helicopter. It followed me all the way through to Cape Breton. I had a sunroof in my vehicle that allowed me to see it come and go. This "vehicle", not only followed me through my trip there, but also during my return trip back to North Bay. I'm not sure what to think; who to speak to, or even if I am mental! But they continue to visit occasionally, and although I have never seen an entity, I know that I am being communicated with. They are telling me to write but I feel like I'll be ridiculed and lose the respect of my community and my profession. What I have in my head seems important, but I really don't know how to do so without sacrificing my life, as well as my teenage children and wife's life. I ask that this confidential. If you can...
