UFO Sighting in Wethersfield, Connecticut on August 17th 2013 – daughter accidentally filmed while trying to record bird sounds in morning, difficult to see, but something is there, over building next door

This is a short (25 seconds) video accidentally shot when my daughter tried to record the sound of birds chirping. She was in bed and placed her phone behind the mini blind to better hear/ record the birds. Imagine our surprise when she showed us the recording. It is of a sphere descending behind the building next to my home. Sight of sphere begins at 17 or 18 seconds and appears from behind the chimney and moves to the north before descending behind the building. It is difficult to see. I am hoping your staff can analyze this and determine what it is or is not. This was all realized after the fact. My daughter (22 Y.O. at the time) is the only one to say how she felt at the time of occurrence. Please reply even if you think it is nothing. We were told that it was discussed on Coast to Coast AM by one of our Daughters friends.
