UFO Sighting in Spurlockville, West Virginia on June 23rd 2015 – clear sky, looking at stars, saw one cloud that looked odd, started to move west, brite lite came on in the middle, slow moved over hill

I walked out in my back yard, looked up at the stars. it was a clear nite. The was one cloud overhead, about the size of two fists at arms lentgth. The cloud looked odd, more like a faint gallaxy. after about a minute it started to move to the west. About half way to the hill behind my my house a brite lite came on in the middle of it. Stayed on till it went over the hill.
