UFO Sighting in Silverton, Oregon on July 15th 1998 – We were all stand in small clearing in woods when it hovered just over the treetops above us all

Three of us decided to hike silver creek falls trail at night. We got there before dark and proceeded to hike the trail when approximately three hours later we were coming into a clearing looking up at the great view of all the stars when from above the treetops this huge luminated boomerang shaped object with evenly spaced lights around the bottom of it slowly flew directly over us. We all watched it till it was gone. But when it was gone we found ourselves standing back to back to back.(weird) the entire bottom was luminated reddish orange with lights evenly spaced around perimeter also glowing lighter in color
