UFO Sighting in San Rafael, California on November 30th 2011 – first noticed search lights that did not go ouit but reflected back and localized fog

came outside on nice clear night after Thanksgiving. First noticed searchlights that did not go out but reflected back the lights were alternating but as a continuous circle.Silent. And in a very localized fog on a very clear night. I am trained observer. So, curiosity and gathering observations . I did not feel any different after. The Gone was Just Gone. I was at the top of the driveway and it was semi level with it. I went to the DOD site and sent an Email to ask if it is theirs but no response to that
