UFO Sighting in California on May 27th 2015 – Blinking white lights, circular over Oakland Airport, well above cloud level

I was washing dished and looked out the kitchen window over the sink and saw white, circular lights, about 7 to 8 spread out with some movement. I dropped what I was doing and ran out to our balcony and tried to take pictures but none came out. Than as they started disappearing I got some video. I can make them out if I zoom in and they emit a flash than blink on and off. After I stopped filming and watched to the end of the event the lights did converge into a longer light, like a pill or cigar and disappeared behind the clouds. I did have a strange calm during this event and felt as if time was standing still.
