Black Triangle Sighting in Ohio on March 31st 2012 – Two triangles, dark grey/black in color, with orange lights at the “points” and one in the middle of the thing I saw

I was in a parking lot. Initially it appeared there was a really bright star in the morning sky, Venus possibly. I found out how wrong I was though, when as the object moved closer I was able to make out not one but two objects, wich sort of "floated" in a path heading from North North east, to the west/southwest. Once these objects were overhead for some reason, I felt really afraid. And being a former combat medic, I don't scare easily. How did I feel, well initially I felt basically, oh that's a really bright star. But once I was looking directly at the bottom of the things, I was a little confused. Because of a few things. ONe I had no memory of getting out of my car, and really had no reason to do so. As I was there to pick someone up from work. And two, I suddenly noticed a woman also standing there with me looking up at the thing. Yet I didn't see her walk up to my car, didn't see her get out of her car Or well don't remember seeing her doing so, and she expressed confusion to me, as to how she'd even gotten there. As she said she had no memory of driving there, getting out of her car, or walking over and up to mine. It was lit, just one second I was alone, and the next I wasn't. I've always been a skeptic when it came to the issues of U.F.O.'s but after seeing this, well not so much anymore. And I"m hoping that someone here at MUFON, will be able to tell me what it was that I saw, and why I can't remember this woman coming upt o my car, getting out of my car, or remember actually seeing the craft close the distance. As it was at first in the distance, then suddenly, directly overhead, perhaps 50-100 feet above the roofline of the two story building I was besides.
