Black Triangle Sighting in New York, New York on September 15th 1987 – Very large triangel overhead w blicking colored light moving very slowly over 15 minutes. Other people stopped ans watch as this object moved over the Herny Hudson Monument.

Sept. 1987 while walking my dogs in the Spuyten Devil playground as I was leaving the western side of the park and heading east I notice a few people standing at the corner pointing and looking above. I was under trees and could not see what they looking at. So I stepped into the street and saw this huge triangle moving very slowly north. It had lights on the outer edge changing colors. As I reached the corner more people stopped to observe this thing. Cars and buses stopped at that time there were about 15 people in awe of this. It slowly glided north and went out of sight over the trees, it took about 15 minutes. I knew at that time I was witnessing something extraordinary. I later found out that this had been going on for a while know as the Henry Hudson Valley Sightings. I never reported it then I figured others would. As a Veteran I have never seen anything like in my life other than in UFO stories. I just wanted to finely go on the record.
