This Arial Phenomenon appeared in the same spot as it did several months ago, at that time I called 911 it hovered for almost an hour, this time it was there again, same exact spot, hovering, same type of lights blinking, I was waiting for the morning train.The blinking caught my eye I thought it was a star until i saw colored lights. It just hovered over a hospital. I felt intuitively they were letting me they are here. I did not lose sight I video taped it on my Amazon Fire Phone, all you can see is he shimmering lights blinking.
