UFO Sighting in Wooster, Ohio on June 22nd 2015 – Object appeared directly overhead. I thought it was a comet because it had a white light shrouded in a fog. No clouds that night. Object moved from south to magnetic north.

I had returned from a baseball game in Cleveland on June 22nd. We live approx. 85 mi. SW of Cleveland in a very rural area. Winds were blowing from west to east but we had a starlit sky with constellations visible. When exiting my car in the driveway, I noted a bright white light shrouded in a mist high overhead. There was no discernible shape against the night sky. I called my daughter to the door to witness the object. It remained stationary for a few moments before continuing from south to magnetic north over SE Ashland County, Ohio. The object appeared very bright in the sky while stationary above our property but dimmed as it moved northward. The object remained visible for about 7 minutes until it was obscured by our tree line to the north. I was most impressed with its use of the property of light. I have witnessed the ISS, helicopters, passenger jets, Air Force 1, WWII fighters and bombers, DC-7s, Soyuz, space shuttles, Sputnik, Echo, and everything imaginable. I am 66 years old and a retired teacher of 35 years with an MEd. in Talented & Gifted Educ. I am fortunate that my daughter and I witnessed this spectacle.
