I was walking my dog, as per usual. The sky was blue, with a few cumulous clouds. I've never observed a star during the day (many planes and sometimes the moon, but not clouds). What was perplexing was that when the cloud gradually made its way toward the object, the object was even brighter through the clouds. The cloud passed, and the object remained, no bigger, no smaller and in the same position. The object disappeared after 2 minutes. I looked elsewhere and it was gone. I'm doubtful that it was a plane as the location/altitude did not change and the size was constant. It's not there today. I feel somewhat silly reporting it, but maybe someone else saw it too.
