UFO Sighting in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania on June 22nd 2015 – slight glowing mist moving from north to south, then when over head, light appeared in the center before it faded into mist once again.

I got off of the phone at 11:41 pm and went to let my dog out when I noticed the sand box cover was off. I went outside to put it on and then looked up at the sky, which was clear finally after days of rain! I could see all of the stars. To my left (the north), in the sky I noticed what I first thought must be a cloud. I thought it strange though, since the rest of the sky was clear. When i realized that it was moving faster than a cloud should and started to look more like a fuzzy/hazzy or misty object instead, I called my husband and daughter outside. It was almost directly overhead when they came out and then a light in the center appeared. A bright, white, non blinking light. It continued to move steadily off to the south west and as it did, then light disappeared and it turned back into the misty looking object instead. We had to walk up to the front of the house to continue watching, because there was a tree in the way. It moved off to the southwest until we could not longer see it. There was a plane in the sky in that direction moving SE to NW that I figured must be able to see this thing and wondered what it looked like to those on the plane.
